How To Download And Install Red Hat Linux ISO On Oracle Virtualbox

To download and install Red Hat Linux on Oracle VirtualBox, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Download the Red Hat Linux ISO image from the Red Hat website or any other source that provides it.
  2. Install Oracle VirtualBox on your computer. You can download the latest version of VirtualBox from the Oracle website.
  3. Launch VirtualBox and click on the “New” button to create a new virtual machine.
  4. Enter a name for your virtual machine and select “Linux” as the type and “Red Hat (64-bit)” as the version. Click on the “Next” button.
  5. Allocate at least 2048 MB of RAM to your virtual machine and click on the “Next” button.
  6. Select “Create a virtual hard disk now” and click on the “Create” button.

  9. Allocate at least 20 GB of space for the virtual hard disk and click on the “Create” button.
  10. Right-click on the virtual machine that you just created and select “Settings”.
  11. In the “Settings” window, go to the “Storage” section and click on the “Add hard disk” icon.
  12. Select “Choose existing disk” and browse to the location of the Red Hat Linux ISO image that you downloaded earlier. Click on the “Open” button.
  13. Close the “Settings” window and start the virtual machine.
  14. Follow the on-screen instructions to install Red Hat Linux on your virtual machine.
