Step 1. Start with a video you want in the playlist.
Step 2. Under the video, click Add to. (It’s a logo of plus button).
Step 3. Select a playlist you’ve already created, or click Create new playlist.
Step 4. In this case am going to Create new playlist.
Step 5. Enter Playlist Name.
Step 6. Use the drop down box to select your playlist’s privacy setting.
Step 7. You can either choose private, public Or Unlisted.
Step 8. Finally Click create.
